Cadence McShane to Construct New Industrial Project for Molto Properties and Generational Commercial Properties in Houston

Will Hodges, President of Cadence McShane Construction Company, is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to provide the comprehensive construction services for Phase I of the Airtex Commerce Center on behalf of co-developers, Molto Properties and Generational Commercial Properties. The Class A, 166,250 square foot speculative industrial facility is strategically situated on a 19-acre site at 431 East Airtex Drive in Houston, Texas. The project is located less than one-quarter mile east of Interstate 45, three miles north of Beltway 8 and three miles south of FM Road 1960 and offers convenient access to George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Airtex Commerce Center Phase I will be constructed of a tiltwall panel exterior and support single- or multi-tenant configurations with divisibility from 40,000 square feet.  The facility will feature an efficient rear-load design and offer 30’ clear height, 60’ staging bays, generous 52’ x 47’ column spacing, 40 external truck doors, four drive-in dock doors, a 130’ truck court, 2,500 amp 277/480 volt electrical service and an ESFR sprinkler system.  Cadence McShane will also complete the sitework for the assignment including an expansive parking lot with flexible access to the facility via five separate curb cuts, on-site trailer storage parking and attractive landscaping.
