Cadence McShane Completes Three-Building, 365,462 S.F. Industrial Development for The Carson Companies

Robert A. Bedrich, Vice President - Division Manager of Cadence McShane Construction Company, is pleased to announce that the firm has completed the construction of a new three-building development in Pasadena, Texas on behalf of owner, The Carson Companies. The multi-building assignment, totaling 365,462 square feet, is located within the Carson Commerce Center, a new 20-acre industrial development located on Highway 225 in Pasadena, Texas.

The first completed building at 3700 Highway 225, totals 118,500 square feet.  The two-story, front load facility offers a single-tenant environment or space divisible to 39,000 square feet.  The building features an ESFR fire sprinkler system, 30’ clear height, 18 dock doors, one ground level ramp and 50’ x 52’ column spacing.

Cadence McShane simultaneously constructed and completed a second facility located at 3750 Highway 225, offering 185,168 square feet of space designed for single- or multi-tenant environments and divisible to 33,072 square feet.  The building features a two-story office component, a cross-dock configuration incorporating an ESFR fire sprinkler system, 53’ x 52’ column spacing, two ground level ramps, 35 dock doors and 30’ clear height.

The park’s third facility, also completed by Cadence McShane at the same time, consists of 61,794 square feet divisible to 30,300 square feet featuring a 3,470 square foot office component.  This crane-served building is located at 3800 Highway 225 and incorporates an ELO fire sprinkler system, 28’ clear height, six ground level dock doors, 30’ x 60’ column spacing and a 20-ton crane.
