Will Hodges, President of Cadence McShane Construction Company, is pleased to announce that Colby Rose, LEED AP, has been promoted to Vice President of the firm’s regional office in Houston, Texas. Rose is relocating to Cadence McShane’s Houston office from the firm’s headquarters in Addison, Texas, and will be serving in this new capacity full-time beginning on Monday, May 18, 2015.
A seasoned construction industry expert, Rose has demonstrated his skillful construction management strengths through the successful completion of numerous high-profile and diverse construction projects on behalf of the firm. His ability to enhance relationships with both current and new clients and serve as a role model for excellence in project management propelled his rapid rise to this executive level within the Cadence McShane organization.
As Vice President, Rose will be responsible for the management of Cadence McShane’s project personnel and support teams, the development and expansion of new business opportunities, and the strategic planning and execution of the firm’s growth within its key market sectors. Rose will report directly to Hodges providing support and implementation of the President’s overall strategy and vision that furthers Cadence McShane’s growing portfolio of project accomplishments.
Since joining Cadence McShane Construction in January 2008, Rose’s professional experiences include the successful completion of numerous construction assignments within the warehouse/distribution, food processing, office, multi-family, healthcare and educational market sectors. He has consistently been a pivotal team member in the firm’s delivery of multiple assignments for many highly-respected clients on a local, regional and national basis.
