Cadence McShane was selected to construct the McAllen District office campus on behalf of Virginia-based Harwood & Associates in McAllen, Texas.
The four-story 53,400 square foot office building has a steel frame structure and stucco exterior. A two-level, 11,500 square foot underground parking garage provides 146 parking spaces. In addition, a 14,200 square foot tiltwall warehouse facility was constructed. Site work included landscaping, a retention pond with fountain, a water feature and surface parking for 143 vehicles.
