Co-developers, TIG Real Estate, Brock Consulting Group, Inc. and GID Investment Advisors LLC selected Cadence McShane to complete the construction of its new Burleson Business Park in Austin, Texas. The first phase of development at the new business park was comprised of three warehouse/distribution facilities totaling 324,000 square feet. Cadence McShane constructed each of the 108,000 square foot Buildings B, C and D of attractively stained tiltwall exterior panels. The 24' clear facilities offer 14 exterior docks per building.
