This large parking assignment at Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas included the construction of two five-story parking garages.Cadence McShane constructed the two 340,000 square foot garages on existing surface lots, and each can accommodate 1,000 cars to provide expanded parking capabilities on the University campus. A portion of the first floor accommodates leased retail space.
