Audra Stevenson
Talent Manager
Audra Stevenson is responsible for overseeing the hiring and staff development of the firm including recruiting, onboarding, new employee orientations, and in-house training programs.
She works with managers to proactively identify future staffing and leadership needs, and develop paths for employee development.
Audra spent four years as a talent consultant before joining Cadence McShane full time in 2017. She earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and psychology from Southwestern University, and her master’s in industrial/organizational psychology from Capella University.
