Brittany Schneider serves as Director of Client Relations for Cadence McShane Construction, where she is responsible for developing and cultivating strategic business opportunities across the commercial, industrial, and multifamily sectors. Bringing over two decades of experience in the construction industry, she focuses on building strong client partnerships, fostering long-term relationships, and driving strategic growth.

Committed to ongoing professional development and meaningful community engagement, Brittany is an active participant in leading industry organizations, including NAIOP NTX, North Texas BUILT, ULI Dallas-Fort Worth and the IWIRE Leadership Committee. She also brings over a decade of national perspective through her 13-year tenure as a member of the National NAIOP Trends in Real Estate Development 2 Forum and was a graduate of ULI Dallas-Fort Worth’s Center for Leadership Class of 2022.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Arts & Sciences with a Communication Concentration from the University of Washington.
