Will Hodges, President of Cadence McShane Construction Company, is pleased to announce that Srinath Pai Kasturi, LEED AP, has been promoted to Executive Vice President. In this expanded role, Kasturi will provide executive leadership, operational management and extensive sales expertise for the firm. He will also continue to lead the day-to-day operations of the Central Texas offices.

Kasturi joined Cadence McShane in 2002 and has assumed roles of increasing responsibility within this active general construction, construction management and design-build firm. His portfolio of work includes the new LEED-Gold Riata Vista Corporate Campus totaling over one million square feet incorporating six four-story office buildings, a fully-equipped café and conference center, central utility plant and three multi-story structured parking garages accommodating 4,959 vehicles.

In his new role, Kasturi will continue to oversee the Central Texas division from Cadence McShane’s Austin office. He will also work directly with company executives at each of the firm’s offices to expand the organization’s presence within major markets such as office, educational, industrial, institutional, technology, healthcare, housing, retail and hospitality sectors. Kasturi will be involved in both short- and long-term planning for the firm, participating and contributing to the overall direction and growth of the Texas operations.

“Throughout his 15-year tenure at Cadence McShane, Srinath has demonstrated his ability to establish and grow our presence in Central Texas. Under his leadership, we successfully launched our Austin office in 2012 and San Antonio office in 2015 and have enjoyed increasing activity ever since. We will leverage his proven expertise and track record to continue our mission of providing relentless service to our clients across our organization,” Hodges stated.

Kasturi is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Master of Construction Administration and received a Bachelor of Architecture from Manipal Institute of Technology. He is a LEED Accredited Professional of the U.S. Green Building Council.
