Sustainability

Sustainable construction is an extension of our responsibilities and we are committed to designing and constructing facilities that minimize the long-term impact on our environment.

In addition to our commitment to deliver quality facilities to our clients, sustainable construction is an extension of our responsibility to the communities in which we build. We are dedicated to building facilities that minimize the long-term impact on our environment, employing sustainable construction techniques to varying degrees in each of our projects.

We employ highly-experienced LEED Accredited Professionals to ensure that our clients receive the benefits – both short- and long-term – of the many green construction options that can positively impact a project.

We employ highly-experienced LEED Accredited Professionals to ensure that our clients receive the benefits – both short- and long-term – of the many green construction options that can positively impact a project.

Examples of sustainable practices include: integrating simple techniques like the use of local or recycled construction materials, recycling waste on our job sites, utilizing low VOC paints, glues and adhesives, and employing local workers within a community to minimize energy consumption for transportation. We can utilize more sophisticated methods such as the integration of geothermal HVAC, solar hot water systems, and sustainable storm drainage systems. And we constantly strive to incorporate today’s most innovative sustainable construction solutions, practices and procedures to ensure that each facility we build reflects our commitment to our environment.
