Jim continues to focus on geographical expansion and market scope penetration to enhance the firm’s growth on a national scale.

Jim graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Molly consistently delivers innovative thinking on behalf of a wide range of projects, markets and geographical areas. During her long-standing tenure with the organization, she has held a variety of positions within the construction and development businesses. She has focused on a wide variety of product types and, as a result, possesses extensive knowledge of the industrial, multi-family, office, healthcare and commercial market sectors.

This comprehensive experience grants Molly a unique perspective of the entire commercial real estate development and construction process, contributing to the overall growth and success of the firm. Molly is a graduate of Boston College with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Northwestern University where she attended the Kellogg School of Management for a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate Management.

Dan previously served as an Associate in the Real Estate Department of Chicago-based Winston & Strawn, LLP. He attended Colgate University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Psychology, and the University of Notre Dame Law School where he earned his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude.

Will’s goal for Cadence McShane is to expand its role as a trusted business partner with the firm’s customers by understanding their business as well as their building needs and serve as an impartial advocate during the entire project. He firmly believes that it is Cadence McShane’s responsibility to simplify the process for customers and offer a handcrafted project delivery process that fits their specific needs.

Will sees that the true strength of Cadence McShane is in its people. Cadence McShane has a legacy of hiring great people, training them and providing opportunities to lead. He works every day to build upon that legacy. His goal is to provide the opportunity for career development and advancement to every employee within the firm.

Will attended Texas A&M University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science.

Furthermore, he oversees Construction’s treasury function and periodic financial reports to the Board of Directors and senior management team.  He also directs the company’s risk management and insurance programs as well as the company’s human resources and technology departments.  Bob is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Julius offers two decades of experience in enterprise IT leadership with a consistent track record of aligning technology strategy with business outcomes.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M-Commerce, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Oklahoma State University, and professional certifications including CISSP, PMP, and ITIL 4.

Srinath provides executive leadership, operational management, and extensive sales expertise. He is the ultimate decision maker on any client issue, executes the project contract, and confers with the project team as needed to meet project objectives.

Srinath is a graduate of Manipal Institute of Technology where he earned a Bachelor of Architecture. He also attended The University of Oklahoma where he received his Master of Construction Administration. He is certified as a LEED Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Monica is committed to leveraging Cadence’s success by fostering support and driving accountability. She is focused on building high-performance teams and shaping the next era of innovation while emphasizing team and individual growth.

She attended Texas A&M University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and a master’s degree in legal studies.

With over 20 years of human resources experience, Jennifer has developed comprehensive human resources programs and helped prepare companies for future growth. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, graduating magna cum laude. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

With more than 30 years of commercial construction experience and nearly three decades with Cadence McShane, John has played an integral role in the evolution of the company’s HSE programs and practices. His leadership supports the development of policies, resources, and initiatives that align with industry standards and promote awareness, accountability, and operational excellence throughout the organization. John attended Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science.

Lara has over 25 years of professional legal experience and began her commercial construction industry litigation practice in 2008. Her strong real estate and general corporate law experience provides expert leadership for Cadence McShane’s legal functions. She has been the corporate counsel for Cadence McShane since 2018.

Lara earned a Bachelor of Arts in History at Texas Christian University and her J.D. at Southern Methodist University.

She offers strategic financial guidance on evaluating construction projects, partnerships, joint ventures, and other business-impacting matters.

With over 15 years of corporate accounting experience spanning a variety of industries including construction, software solutions, and healthcare, Sara brings a wealth of expertise. She earned both her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia State University.

Surbhi has been in the construction industry since 2006 and oversees all phases of preconstruction for a wide range of project types and market sectors.

Surbhi attended the School of Planning & Architecture where she received a Bachelor of Architecture. She also attended University of Pittsburgh where she received a Master of Business Administration.

Wade has been in the construction industry since 1998 and has been with Cadence McShane since 2007. He attended Oklahoma State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Technology.
