Founded in Dallas in 1985, Cadence McShane Construction Company provides high quality construction management services in North Texas to a variety of market sectors, including education, commercial, industrial, multifamily and senior living. The first project for the Dallas office began with building Brinker Elementary School and now includes major projects like Lake Highlands Junior High School, Sunset High School, Anthology of Highland Park, and Carter Park Logistics Park.

In 2025, Cadence McShane relocated their corporate headquarters to Plano, Texas. The Plano office houses many of the firm’s central services, as well as management for all projects in the North Texas region.
