Cadence McShane Construction Company provided construction management services for the first phase of development at Trammell Crow’s I-20 Distribution Center, a 531,254-square-foot cross-dock distribution facility at the crossroads of I-20 and I-35 in Dallas, Texas.

The facility features 100 external docks and four drive-in doors for a variety of single- or multi-tenant cross-dock distribution uses. The 30′ clear height facility was constructed utilizing a conventional steel frame with an exterior of painted tiltwall panels. Attractive metal canopies accent both of the two-story entryways into the building. Cadence McShane also provided 365 car parking spaces and ample trailer parking on the distribution campus.
