Cadence McShane Construction Company completed the construction of the 78,402-square-foot Wheatley Park Senior Living residence located in San Antonio, Texas.
The 80-unit, garden-style senior living community consists of 52 one-bedroom, 22 two-bedroom, and 6 three-bedroom apartments. Wheatley Park Senior Living, a fun and active community, includes amenities such as a library with a theatre, a billiards room, a community room and dining room, and laundry rooms on each floor. Cadence McShane added on-site parking and recreation areas, sidewalks, fencing and landscaping. Also added on-site was the parking control gates, trash enclosures and irrigation system.
