TEXO has awarded a Distinguished Building Award for The Bowden, a 35,000-square-foot, multi-building venue that includes a wedding chapel, event center, and full service kitchen built by Cadence McShane for the Greater Keller Women’s Club. The entire facility was constructed to compliment the natural landscape and views of the surrounding 5.6-acre wooded site and features exquisite stone and stucco façades, wooden trusses in various locations, intricate wood ceilings that reach heights up to 31 feet, LED lighting, and a large patio overlooking a picturesque pond with colorful lighting.
