Cadence McShane Construction Company received first place in this year’s National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Best in American Living Award, in the category ‘Multifamily Developments Up To 3-Stories, For Rent’, for the Hermosa Village Apartments project. The project was selected out of several hundred entries based on criteria including exterior and interior design, efficient land use, site plan creativity, building plans, innovative material application, and the ability to meet the clients’ needs.
Hermosa Village Apartments is an apartment complex in Leander, Texas, with 238 garden-style units. The apartments include custom European cabinets, oversize walk-in closets, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, generous private patios, direct-access garages, LED lighting, and other ecofriendly products made of recycled materials. Hermosa Village is also a 100% Electric Vehicle-ready apartment complex, the first of its kind in Texas.
