Cadence McShane received first place in the 2024 TEXO Distinguished Building Awards, in the General Contractor – Industrial / Warehouse category for the Niagara Conservation Corporation HQ project. The project team was recognized at the TEXO DBA Awards Dinner on April 11, 2024, at the Fort Worth Zoo.
