Cadence McShane Construction Company has completed the construction of Brookwood Senior Apartments for repeat client, Mission DG. Located at 9015 Ingram Road in San Antonio, Texas, the new senior living development incorporates 197 units on as six-acre site. The project is a participant of the Housing Tax Credit Program administered by the TDHCA with financing provided through the HUD 221(d)(4) program.

Designed by B&A Architects, the four-story wood-frame building features an attractive exterior of manufactured stone and fiber cement lap siding.
The complex includes a variety of highly desired resident amenities, including a club room, fitness center, dining area, lounge, arts and crafts room, game room, salon, and self-storage rooms. Outside, residents can enjoy a pool, herb garden, and two courtyards. The development also provides carports and 224 parking spaces.
Units are offered in one- and two-bedroom configurations.
