Cadence McShane Construction recently completed construction of Carter Park on behalf of client, Black Creek Group. The speculative industrial development incorporates three distribution/warehouse buildings featuring 250,000 square feet, 231,000 square feet, and 88,000 square feet.
Designed by Callaway Architecture, the three tiltwall structures offer 32-foot ceilings, efficient loading dimensions, ample power, ESFR sprinklers, and a total of 100 dock doors. The site also features service courts, parking lots, driveways, and landscaping.
Strategically situated on 29 acres at the interchange of Interstate 35 and Interstate 20, Carter Park is located perfectly to accommodate DFW distribution channels.
Carter Park is poised to serve tenants in multiple industry sectors, including food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical research and development, manufacturing, and distribution.
“Cadence McShane is pleased to have been selected by Black Creek Group to produce this high-quality industrial space,” remarked Will Hodges, President of Cadence McShane. “Our team is proud to add this outstanding development to our expansive industrial project portfolio.”
A leader in industrial construction, Cadence McShane has constructed more than 3.4 million square feet of industrial facilities across Texas over the past five years and, in conjunction with sister company McShane Construction, is ranked as one of the Top 10 Distribution/Warehouse Contractors in the United States by ENR.
