Cadence McShane was selected to provide design-build construction services for Westport Parkway, a one-story distribution center situated on a 32.43-acre site located in Haslet, Texas. The build-to-suit project was constructed on behalf of Molto Properties, alongside Alliance Architects, Inc. The building has a 36-foot clear height and features 65 loading docks, two drive-in doors/ramps, office spaces, and on-site parking.
