Billy joined Cadence McShane in 2018.  With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, he is an action-oriented leader with a commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service.  Billy’s extensive background in the education, commercial, housing, and industrial sectors provide expertise to projects under his care throughout CMC’s core markets.

As VP and Business Unit Leader, Billy is responsible for the project management teams and associated P&L for a variety of projects across CMC’s market sectors in the Dallas and Houston areas.  In short, Billy is responsible for the overall success of the projects under his leadership – from beginning to end.  Beyond working with the project teams to provide ongoing leadership, he serves as the primary liaison between the project management teams and CMC’s senior leadership team and works on key initiatives including strategic business planning, business development and risk management.
