Vice President - Business Unit Leader

David possesses market rate, luxury rental construction experience and a heavy concentration of expertise within the senior living sector. His senior living expertise includes the turnkey construction of numerous large scale senior communities including independent, assisted living and continuing care retirement developments.

As VP and Business Unit Leader, Dave is responsible for the project management teams and associated P&L for a variety of projects across CMC’s geographic and market sectors.  In short, Dave is responsible for the overall success of the projects under his leadership – from beginning to end.  Beyond working with the project teams to provide ongoing leadership, he serves as the primary liaison between the project management teams and CMC’s senior leadership team and works on key initiatives including strategic business planning, business development and risk management.

David attended Purdue University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management.
