La Quinta Inn – Plano
Cadence McShane Construction Company completed the construction of the 67,000-square-foot La Quinta Inn located in Plano, Texas. La Quinta Inn in Plano was the first prototype of five hotels to be constructed. The three-story hotel was built on the site of the former two-story La Quinta Inn that was previously demolished.
The 129 fully appointed guest rooms and suites include walk-in closets, crown molding, ceramic tile bathroom floors, and well-lit work areas completed with computer data ports. The guest amenities at the La Quinta Inn include an outdoor swimming pool and spa area, laundry and exercise facilities, a lobby with a breakfast and lounge area, a meeting room and a business center.
