La Quinta Inn – Arlington
Cadence McShane Construction Company provided construction management services for the 98,000-square-foot La Quinta Inn located in Arlington, Texas. The six-story, 178-room hotel sits on three acres of land in northeast Arlington directly across from Six Flags Over Texas theme park, AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Park in Arlington.
The hotel’s amenities include over 30,000 square feet of conference space featuring a divisible meeting room and boardroom facilities. An exercise room complements the pool and spa, which is complete with a splash pad area for kids. A catering kitchen accommodates the preparation of buffet items to be served in the hotel’s dining room.
