Epsilon Headquarters
Cadence McShane Construction Company provided construction management services for the Epsilon headquarters and corporate campus which totals 50,132 square feet and is located in Irving, Texas. The build-to-suit office facilities for Epsilon, a leading relationship marketing firm, were built in two phases.
Phase I consisted of the construction of the 75,000-square-foot Building 1. Phase II involved the construction of the two-story, 75,132-square-foot office building adjacent to Epsilon’s Building 1. Both of the buildings’ interiors were designed with a central core area for building functions, mechanical, and electrical systems and employee common areas. Large open work areas provide a productive work environment, enable work group configurations and allow flexibility for future growth options.
The build-to-suit Epsilon headquarters and corporate campus exterior was constructed of painted tiltwall panels with expansive tinted glass windows for maximum ambient lighting throughout the facility. An attractive courtyard was constructed between the two buildings. Cadence McShane completed extensive landscaping throughout the site and on-site parking for 802 vehicles.
