The Village at Allen
Cadence McShane Construction Company provided construction management services for The Village at Allen, a 900,000-square-foot master-planned development located in Allen, Texas. The Village at Allen was constructed in four phases with fourteen buildings and a parking garage for the shoppers.
Phase I of construction consisted of a four-building, mixed-use component totaling 153,014 square feet. The new retail buildings were constructed utilizing a blend of tiltwall and conventional framing construction, masonry and stone with complementary contemporary finishes. Phase II consisted of a five-building, mixed-use component totaling 86,000 square feet and was constructed utilizing conventional metal steel construction. Phase III of The Village at Allen consisted of a three-building, mixed-use component totaling 150,245 square feet and was constructed utilizing a blend of tiltwall and conventional framing. Phase V of the development consisted of a two-building, mixed-use component totaling 51,865 square feet, constructed utilizing a blend of tiltwall and conventional framing construction.
Cadence McShane also incorporated a three-story, 699-space parking structure which includes 45,978 square feet of retail and entertainment on the ground level below. This parking structure provides ample parking to the guests of The Village at Allen.
