Seagoville North Elementary School
Cadence McShane Construction Company provided construction management services for Dallas ISD’s new 106,462-square-foot Seagoville North Elementary School located in Seagoville, Texas. The new Dallas ISD elementary school is positioned on 14.15 acres, expanding the district’s zone southeast.
The construction of the new two-story elementary school included the construction of 39 classrooms that achieve Texas Education Agency sized classroom requirements. The elementary school also features a full service kitchen and cafeteria, a library and practice gymnasium space. Seagoville North Elementary School’s interior finishes include painted gypsum board and vinyl composition floor tile. The exterior of the educational facility consists of a brick veneer along with metal stud backup and gypsum board.
