Richardson ISD Summer 2013 CMAR Projects
Cadence McShane Construction Company served as construction manager at risk for a portion of Richardson ISD’s significant 2011 Bond Program. Renovations, improvements and additions occurred at 14 educational facilities within in the district during the summer of 2013.
Cadence McShane worked with Corgan Associates to complete renovations at Lake Highlands and Richardson High Schools and Merriman Park Elementary School. Cadence McShane worked with PBK to renovate the administration office and annex, Forest Lane Academy, Moss Haven, Northwood Hills and O. Henry Elementary Schools and J.J. Pearce High School. Working with Perkins+Will, renovations were completed at Dartmouth Elementary and J.J. Pearce’s natatorium.
