Gateway Southwest

Cadence McShane Construction Company completed the design-build construction of the 349,000-square-foot Gateway Southwest Industrial Park located in Missouri City, Texas. The industrial park was constructed in two phases.

Building 1 is a 131,560-square-foot front-load facility accommodating 26 dock doors. Building 2 is a 217,440-square-foot cross-dock facility offering 60 dock doors and 67 trailer parking spots with a 50-foot depth. Both buildings offer a 32′ clear, 52′ x 40′ column spacing, 60-foot speed bays, ESFR sprinkler systems, T-5 warehouse lighting and office space to-suit.
