The Heights at Park Lane
Cadence McShane Construction Company has completed the construction of The Heights at Park Lane located in Dallas, Texas. The multifamily project consists of three residential towers and includes a three-story, a fifteen-story and a twenty-story building that totals 590,000 square feet and contains 325 apartment units. A four-level, 220,000-square-foot parking garage provides 505 spaces and 45,000 square feet of retail space.
The Heights at Park Lane is a LEED-Silver designated urban development providing a variety of shopping, dining, entertainment and residential units designed to embrace and enhance the spirit of Dallas. Other sustainable project features include optimal energy efficiency, 50% water use reduction and organic landscape maintenance.
