Cadence McShane Construction Company has completed Echelon on 99, a 376,043-square-foot multifamily apartment complex located in Richmond, Texas. The development is on an 11-acre site.
The 256-unit apartment complex is comprised of five separate three-story apartment buildings with 124 one-bedroom units, 108 two-bedroom units, and 24 three-bedroom units. In the complex, there are 269 parking spaces and five detached garages totaling 126 spaces. Cadence McShane utilized stone, siding and wood elements to construct the Echelon on 99. Amenities include a swimming pool, trellises, a dog park, a grilling station and a putting green.
