Cadence McShane Construction Company provided construction management services for the 51,063-square-foot Legacy at Bear Creek located in Keller, Texas. Legacy at Bear Creek is an assisted living and memory care facility and was constructed on three acres.
The two-story, 78-unit facility incorporates upscale furnishings and finishes, and features design elements modeled after the most innovative memory care treatment programs. Legacy at Bear Creek also includes 47 parking spaces on-site. Cadence McShane utilized an attractive masonry and natural stone exterior with a cedar porte-cochere for the two-story complex. The sitework included a retention pond, landscaping and lush walking trails.
