Will Hodges, President of Cadence McShane Construction Company, is pleased to announce that the firm has completed the 43,500-square-foot addition to L3 Technologies, link stimulation and training warehouse. This facility is part of the company’s three business segment headquarters, specifically the electronic systems segment, which provides defense, commercial, and international customers with innovative and diverse technologies and solutions.
The manufacturing addition, located at 2200 Arlington Downs Road in northeast Arlington, is adding 31,000 square feet onto the company’s existing manufacturing warehouse which is situated on 13 acres. Also being added to the facility is a 12,500-square-foot second story mezzanine that will be used for L3 Technologies offices and classrooms. Cadence McShane constructed the addition to the warehouse by utilizing a concrete exterior tiltwall. In addition, the facility will include one drive-in door and 60 parking spots.
