120 Ninth Street Apartments
Cadence McShane Construction Company has completed 120 Ninth Street Apartments, a 236,611-square-foot apartment complex located along the iconic San Antonio Riverwalk. The development is on a 2.2-acre site.
The five-story wood frame building incorporates four studios, 165 one-bedroom and 40 two-bedroom apartments, and five two-story penthouse suites on the upper level. The complex features amenities such as a fitness center, bocce ball court, fire pit, and zero-edge swimming pool overlooking the Riverwalk. Cadence McShane completed an adjacent five-story precast parking garage that accommodates 350 vehicles as well as all sitework for the project such as paving, exterior lighting and landscaping.
