The scope for Brookwood Senior Apartments extended beyond that of a typical senior living development to include a 10,000-square-foot banquet area, salons, a fitness center and a pool. From our extensive experience with HUD-financed projects, we are keenly aware of the support needed from the general contractor and Cadence McShane was there every step of the way. The use of high-end, durable materials and the ample space provided in the common areas contributes to the overall desirability and high-end feel of the property. The building boasts 119 one-bedroom units, 63 two-bedroom units, and 16 three-bedroom units, each equipped with level 6 granite countertops, upper-tier flooring, and stainless steel appliances.
