Braintree Properties and Cadence McShane have partnered together to build the new Aviva Terranova Independent Senior Living Community in Spring, Texas. The team broke ground in early September on the site located at 5325 Louetta Rd.
“We are excited to work with Braintree to build the Aviva Terranova Senior Living facility,” stated Dave Tague, Vice President, and Business Unit Leader at Cadence McShane. “This will be a wonderful addition to the community of Spring.”
Aviva Terranova will offer innovative floor plans, quality finishes, and inviting streetscapes. Plans for the 140,000-square-foot site include 4-story, wood-framed structures and 163 available units. These units consist of 1- and 2-bedroom configurations to suit the needs of any tenant. Additional features include a fitness center, pool, theater, library, Cyber Café, and a parking garage with 215 parking spaces to accommodate residents and guests alike.
The project is scheduled to complete construction toward the end of 2023 and will welcome residents into their new home shortly after.
