Cadence McShane Construction Company has completed the construction of the Niagara Flower Mound Warehouse, a state-of-the-art facility located in Flower Mound, Texas. They worked alongside project architect Meinhardt & Associates to design the building for TIG Real Estate Services, Inc. The project was completed on schedule and within budget and is expected to enhance the local economy with new job opportunities and increased economic activity.
The new Niagara Flower Mound Warehouse is a 127,810 square-foot facility which will provide space for Niagara Conservation, a leading manufacturer of water and energy conservation products. The warehouse features modern design and advanced technological elements and includes a 38-foot clear height; installation of storm, sewer, and water utilities; and improvements to Old Gerault Road.
Cadence McShane, a leading provider of construction services in Texas, was chosen for the project due to their experience and expertise in building complex industrial facilities, working closely with TIG Real Estate Services, Inc. to ensure the project met their needs and requirements.
