Cadence McShane Construction Company was selected by Wylie Independent School District to perform additions and renovations to Wally W. Watkins Elementary School.
Designed by PBK, the additions will consist of two new classroom wings, one of which functions as a storm shelter, an addition to the gymnasium, and an extension of the cafeteria. Additionally, Cadence McShane will renovate the administration and office area.
Site work will include the addition of a fire lane, additional parking spaces and sidewalks, and the relocation of the playground.

Completion of the additions and renovations at Watkins Elementary School is slated for Summer 2021.
