Cadence McShane Construction Company completed the construction of Avenue S Spec Warehouse, an 83,125-square-foot warehouse located in Grand Prairie, Texas. Avenue S Spec Warehouse sits on four acres and is a warehouse shell built for future tenant occupancy.
The distribution facility features painted precast panels, structural steel, and aluminum storefront at the main entry. The one-story warehouse facility features 23 external docks that can be usable for future tenants. Cadence McShane also provided sitework which including paving for loading docks, building specific utilities, irrigation, fire lane, parking, and landscaping.
