Cadence McShane Construction Company completed renovations and additions to an existing manufacturing facility located in Fort Worth, Texas. Throughout the facility’s construction, the plant remained in operation with Cadence McShane adhering to the strict regulations and operational standards of its major national food processing client.
The firm completed nearly 5,000 square feet of new space to the dock area, glycol room, shipping office, and trucker’s lounge. The renovations made to the existing facility include the existing freezer, buggy storage/wash center, and dock area. The project included the installation of two new freezer components maintaining a temperature of -10° F.
