Bethany Elementary School Additions and Renovations

Cadence McShane Construction Company was selected as construction manager at risk for the addition and renovations made to Bethany Elementary School, located in Plano, Texas.

The expansion and improvement of the school incorporates 15,127 square feet of new construction and 60,734 square feet of renovation. The new classrooms were constructed to meet the Texas Education Agency classroom size requirement. The administrative office areas were also expanded to accommodate additional personnel for the growing campus.

Cadence McShane also completed enhancements to sitework as well as improvements to the building’s landscaping and irrigation system. The project was completed in multiple phases prior to the beginning of the 2015 school year.
