Blockhouse Creek Farm

Cadence McShane has been selected as the general contractor for Blockhouse Creek Farm, a 347-unit multifamily project constructed on behalf of Ryan Companies US, Inc. Located in Leander, Texas, the 488,000-square-foot development will consist of 10 three- and four-story buildings. Amenities will include a clubhouse with a yoga studio and swimming pool. Humphreys & Partners Architects will serve as the project architect.
