Brookwood Senior Apartments is a four-story, wood-framed, senior living apartment community complex located in San Antonio, Texas.

The complex features 197 living units and includes amenities such as a club/leasing office, fitness center, dining area, lounge, mailroom, elevators, an arts & crafts room, game room, laundry center, two courtyards, self-storage rooms and carports.

The exterior materials include manufactured stone, fiber cement lap siding, fiber cement board and batten siding, and cement plaster. This project is a participant in the Housing Tax Credit Program administered by the TDHCA with financing provided through the HUD 221(d)(4) program.
