Cadence McShane Construction Company provided construction management services for the three-building speculative industrial development totaling 365,462 square feet located in Pasadena, Texas.

The first building totals 118,500 square feet and features a front load configuration, ESFR sprinklers, 30′ clear height, 18 dock doors and one ground level ramp. The second facility offers 185,168 square feet and includes a cross-dock configuration, an ESFR sprinkler system, 35 dock doors and a 30′ clear height. The third building totals 61,794 square feet and features a 3,470-square-foot office component, an ELO sprinkler system, six ground level dock doors and a 28′ clear height and accommodates a 20-ton crane.
