City North at Sunrise Ranch

Cadence McShane Construction Company completed the construction of City North at Sunrise Ranch, a 456,190-square-foot, garden-style apartment complex situated on 20.55-acres in Round Rock, Texas.

The 384-unit project consists of 240 one-bedroom units, 108 two-bedroom units and 36 three-bedroom units. The rental complex is comprised of 19, three-story apartment buildings with 66 detached garage and carport parking spaces. Cadence McShane utilized native stone and stucco for the exterior of City North at Sunrise Ranch. The complex features a clubhouse with an outdoor pool and an attached recreation area that includes a kitchen and a TV area for tenant use.
