Cadence McShane completed the construction of a new VMF Warehouse for Crowley Independent School District. Located in Crowley, Texas, the ground-up, pre-engineered metal building features a total of 55,000 square feet.

The warehouse incorporates 19,570 square feet of office space together with a network operation center that houses the district’s servers, wood, metal, and paint shops, and storage areas for kitchen, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tools. To conserve energy, the building incorporates sustainable features including sensor-controlled lighting and a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) air conditioning system.

The property also features two new fuel stations that hold over 30,000 gallons of fuel above ground, a wash station for fleet trucks, a loading dock, and a 13,000-square-foot addition to the parking lot with 166 parking spaces.
