Cadence McShane Construction Company provided construction management services for CTI Foods’ headquarters, a 185,221-square-foot facility located in Saginaw, Texas. The facility includes office, distribution, refrigerated and freezer storage and food processing space and offers a 32′ clear height, 16 internal docks and 14 external docks.

Cadence McShane constructed a refrigerated area, including two coolers that maintain a temperature of 30° F, two freezers that maintain a temperature of -30° F and one freezer that maintains a temperature of -10° F. The facility’s exterior consists of painted tiltwall and insulated metal panel construction. Cadence McShane also completed sitework and a surface parking area offering 174 spaces.
