Cadence McShane Construction Company completed three warehouse and distribution buildings totaling 986,500 square feet located at the DFW Trade Center in Grapevine, Texas. The three single- or multi-tenant facilities incorporated structural steel, slab-on-grade and concrete tiltwall exteriors.

Building 6 is located on a 28-acre site and offers 500,000 square feet featuring a 32′ clear height, car parking for 315 and 155 trailer parking spaces. Building 7 is situated on an 18-acre parcel offering 297,500 square feet with a 32′ clear height, 249 car parking spaces and 52 trailer parking spaces. Building 9 is situated on a 13-acre site and offers 202,500 square feet with a 30′ clear height, car parking for 215 and 62 trailer parking
