Cadence McShane served as construction manager at risk for the new construction of 90,000-square-foot Dogan Elementary School. Houston ISD consolidated the former Scott Elementary and Dogan Elementary Schools into a single, contemporary educational environment.

The new single-story educational facility features 40 instructional classrooms, a comprehensive library, full-service kitchen and cafetorium, and administrative and office areas. The unique layout of the educational building provides flexibility to accommodate the growing enrollment and instructional needs of the Pre-K to fifth grade students attending classes at the school.

Cadence McShane completed all sitework and landscaping including covered and uncovered exterior play areas, in addition to a surface parking lot featuring 85 vehicle spaces.
