Cadence McShane Construction Company provided construction management services for Eagle Burgmann Industries, which included the 45,000-square-foot office addition and renovation of their corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility located in Houston, Texas. The project included the new construction of 27,880 square feet of additional office space and the renovation of 17,120 square feet of existing areas.
The two-story exterior addition was constructed to seamlessly match the current facility’s design and color scheme. The interior space was upgraded with contemporary elements throughout the private offices, open workstation modules, conference rooms and employee amenities.
